I think it a good generation 5 movie

I really wanna know why he’s like that. Was he some great king corrupted by some twisted malevolence that lurks in the deepest void. The most interesting moment for him was right at the end when he was getting close to the crystal heart. As it’s power drew near the shadows peeled back and his flesh and blood body moved once more. His small gasp of elation and everything.
 
Then he lost.
 
I wanna know what was up with all that! C’mon guys! There’s a story about this guy and you didn’t tell me it.

Sombra feels more like a mindless entity to me. Whatever he was before being banished into the ice, gone.

If Sombra switched design with Chrysalis and had the same screentime i’d like him much better than her.  
Chrysalis design and This Day Aria makes up for her but her character is hateful, i can’t feel sympathy for her.  
People say Sombra was the cruelest pony and that would murder them all, he seemed more like a children that doesn’t know what he does to me, he spoke words like a baby and made an innocent expression of fear when he was about to die, i feel he was like Kid Buu from Dbz.

Kinda hilarious, or sad, when the shadow guy who appears to be acting on no more than primal instinct and who’s first reaction to a problem is “corrupt/ smash it.” is the smartest of the villains.

Indeed her acting it’s by far one of the most abysmals i’ve ever seen

Playing around, she was full of herself and though she was fucking unbeatable so she made dumb decisions because of it.

Every villains we had were morons except for Sombra.

Yeah, I always though she was just short of prison space and had to lock both captives in the same cave by necessity. I mean, did you see any other forgotten caves lying around?
 
Her whole downfall can be attributed to sloppy incarceration methods.
 
She seals up Celestia in a giant cocoon but let’s the others just mill about the room. Even after Cadence and Shining were free, she just sort of let them stand there. “Power of love. pfff, like that’ll work.” And then it did. Idiot.
 
So yeah, not much in the way of a criminal mastermind.

Never mind. She did it because she thought she wouldn’t lose.

I think she just put her in there because her though process was likely something along the lines of “NOTHING CAN STOP ME, MWAHAHAHAHA.”
 
Also. Chrysalis needs to take some acting classes.
